Not every carrier will wait to draw a mark. The form still submits with staff only, while a cooperative driver can acknowledge the count on the same device.
Dock clerks logging a delivery fill supplier, PO, and carrier, then confirm quantity, packaging, visual condition, SKU match, optional temperature for cold chain, and a discrepancy write-up. Receiving staff must sign; the driver may sign the handoff.
