Free HTML Government Contact Form Generator

A city buyer and a consumer should not share an inbox. The form should require the agency or public body so US and UK teams can route procurement, FOIA-adjacent questions, and partnership asks away from retail support.

Government contact as a public-body ticket

This form is for people writing on behalf of a government or public body: a US city, a federal programme, a UK council, an NHS organisation, a devolved administration. The extra agency field is the routing key. Without it, you cannot tell a serious procurement lead from a homework assignment.

It is not a substitute for SAM.gov, Grants.gov, or Contracts Finder. Those remain the official doors when a notice says so.

Fields that survive a records request later

Public-sector email should be attributable. Personal Gmail happens; agency name still must be there.

  • Agency or public body required, official name.
  • Company if they are a prime contractor writing on a body’s behalf—say so in the message.
  • Inquiry type for sales versus partnership versus other.
  • Message for notice IDs, ZIP or postcode of the site, and whether a briefing is allowed.

Do not promise you are on a particular framework in the auto-reply unless it is true this quarter.

How public buyers reach vendors

Portals own the competition. Google still finds specialists.

1. HTML on /government

For inbound that is not a formal notice yet.

2. Official tender portals

Mandatory when the notice says so. Parallel to this form.

3. Prime contractor intros

Still capture agency name on this form.

4. Conference badges

Public-sector CTAs on a static capabilities site

Capabilities pages should be printable. Publish the form under NAICS or CPV codes.

Site ZIP versus UK postcode matters for on-site work and for which regional office replies.

Frequently Asked Questions

FOIA / FOI requests about you?

Those go to the public body, not this vendor form.

Security questionnaires?

Send a secure link after a human reviews. Not a public file field for complete Sigs.

Small purchases?

Still useful. Not every government buy is an RFP.

International governments?

Ask country in the message. Export rules may apply.
