Canvas e-signature HTML form generator

Use this page when you need a single signer to acknowledge a short statement you paste in yourself. The preview is the same widget you copy into a static site: draw on canvas or type a name in a cursive system font, then submit the PNG with a client-built audit object.

This is a structural HTML starting point, not legal advice. Have a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction review the wording before you rely on a signed copy. MyFormConnect is not a party to the document.

What this generator is for

It is a generic acknowledgment shell, not a named contract. You supply the document title and the paragraph the signer is agreeing to. That makes it a fit for internal memos, visitor logs, and one-off attestations where you already have wording.

What leaves the browser

Submit packages field values, the statement text, a SHA-256 of the filled statement, consent checkbox wording, and one signature image. Your MyFormConnect form ID is the POST target. Print and a local snapshot export are available after the signature is complete.

Frequently asked questions

Does this replace a qualified electronic signature product?

No. It captures a PNG and metadata in the browser. Whether that meets a statute in your country is a legal question for counsel, not this page.

Can two people sign on different days?

Not in this version. Every required signature is collected in one sitting on one device.

Is the preview indexed as a live legal product?

The page explains a copy-paste HTML snippet. Binding effect depends on your own terms, the statement you paste, and local law.
