Answer customers' questions

Every enquiry you've received contains questions. They're the exact questions your next customers are typing into Google and asking AI assistants. Answering them on your website is the most useful content you can add.

  1. Collect the questions. Read through your enquiries in MyFormConnect, and add the five questions from your day 2 plan. Write down every question people asked, in their own words. Group similar ones together.
  2. Pick your top 8–10. Choose the ones asked most often, especially questions about price, timing, area, and "do you do…?"
  3. Write direct answers. The first sentence should answer the question fully. Then add a detail if it helps.

**Do you charge a call-out fee?** No. We charge for the work only. Most small repairs cost between £60 and £120.

Not: "Great question! At Joe's Plumbing we pride ourselves on…"

  1. Never include anyone's personal details in your questions or answers. No names, streets or specifics from a real enquiry.
  2. Add it to your site using the change routine. Ask your AI assistant:

Replace the questions section on my home page with these questions and answers: {paste}. Use a simple layout that works well on phones. Also add FAQPage structured data for these questions in the page head. Change nothing else. Give me the full updated file.

Then check, upload, and check on your phone.

Keep it growing: once a month, when you read your enquiries, add any new question you've heard three times.

Done when: your FAQ section is live with at least 8 real questions and direct answers.
