Hi {customer name}, thanks for choosing {business}. If you have a minute, a short Google review really helps a small business like ours. It helps if you mention what we did and roughly where. Here's the link: {link}. Thank you! {your name}
- Send it to your last 5–10 customers today. Then make it a habit: send it the same day you finish each job.
The rules (these protect you):
- Ask everyone, not just happy customers. Picking only the people you think will leave good reviews goes against Google's rules, and it isn't honest.
- Never offer anything in return: no discounts or gifts for reviews. That's against the rules too.
- Never write reviews yourself, or ask family or friends to pretend to be customers.
- Never pay anyone for reviews.
If you use MyFormConnect's lead status: when you mark an enquiry as "won", that's your reminder to send the message.
Done when: your message is saved and you've sent it to at least 5 past customers.
